An area that many hospitals are increasingly looking into is patient satisfaction; whether you’re having routine surgery, are suffering from a serious illness or are having a baby, it is important that your stay is as satisfying as possible. This not only speeds up the healing process, it can play a major role in a patient’s mental health.
